Fashion
Fashion is a term for any style and practice that is popular at a particular time, especially regarding to clothing, or beauty etc. The word fashion has come from that time back when people used to describe a woman that was well-dressed as a ‘fashion plate’. Fashion was mostly important to women but in this age men are also eager to follow the trend and fashion while choosing their clothes and accessories.
Those who design new clothes and introduce new designs in the market and public are knows as fashion designers. The way these fashion designers work is not commonly known. There are different categories of fashions and fashion designers.
Fashion designers work in a number of different ways. They may be working full-time for any single fashion company, that are known as the “in-house designers” that owns these designs. These designers may work alone or work as a part of a team. Then there are these freelance designers who work for themselves by selling their designs to clothing manufacturers or fashion houses and even directly to shops. Those clothes become the property of the buyer.
Now talking about the types of fashion, the fashion of garments mainly falls into three categories:
Haute couture
A Haute couture garment is made for an individual customer, these clothing is usually made from very high quality and expensive fabric. It is sewn with extreme care and attention to every detail and finish. The cost of materials and the time consumed does not matter in these type of garments, but the thing that counts for is that it fits for the choice of that particular individual.
Ready-to-wear
This type of clothes is in between haute couture and mass market clothing. Although they are not made for any individual clients, but even then great care is taken in choosing the fabric and the stitching of it. These are made in small quantities so that they may be called exclusive and their price could also be a bit more than the ordinary clothes.
Mass market
This is the type of fashion clothing which is generally more praised by the middle class and as the middle class is greater in number than the upper class thus this fashion is generally more successful in the fashion industry. The mass market company makes clothes for a great range of customers. They produce ready to wear clothes in different sizes and large quantities. This is usually more demanding because of the inexpensive stuff that is creatively used that produces affordable fashion.
fashion industry
Today fashion has become a global industry, and a number of countries have their fashion industry. Some countries that are major manufacturing centers are notably Philippines, South Korea, Germany, China, Brazil, Spain and India. The Beauty Of Youth Passes Quickly
Your skin is a living organ just like your heart, stomach, or liver. It weights about seven pounds covers an area of about 20 square feet. Its prime functions are to act as a protective cover and control the body’s temperature of 98.6 degrees. This is the temperature required for proper functioning of all the cells and organs of the body.
The skin, a sensory organ, is water proof and a defense against infection and trauma. The outer layer is called the epidermis and is the one you see. This layer is constantly rubbing off and flaking. The top of the epidermis is known as the stratum corneum layer and is very thin, about 1/100th of an inch thick. Water lost in this layer is the prime cause of dryness. The flaking and loss of the outer layer of dead skin cells is brought about by a lack of blood vessels within the epidermis.
Underneath the epidermis is the dermis, which consists of a network of collagen tissue fibers with interweaving blood and lymph vessels sweat and oil glands, hair follicles, and nerve endings. Below the dermis is a variable layer of fat-storage cells. Nutrients are fed to the epidermis via the blood system of the dermis. Collagen, the gel-like substance that provides the skin with structural support, is created in the dermis. With age, collagen production diminishes and the skin begins to sag.
The dermis of the skin is greatly dependent on vitamin C to function properly. As outer layer skin is lost, basal cells beneath the stratum corneum reproduce and produce new skin. This process usually takes longer as we grow older. There is only one way skin cells can be nourished, and that is from the circulating blood. The beauty or handsomeness of youth passes quickly. For the most part, proper nourishment of the skin and the body has been ignored.
Vitamins are the nutrients most often implicated in unhealthy appearance of hair and skin. The skin and hair changes associated with vitamin deficiencies were characterized long before nutritional origins of the condition were recognized.
Essential for the health and wellbeing of the skin, vitamin A has been found to guard against dryness, scaling, and premature aging. It has been shown to be of benefit in the treatment of acne and maintaining good vision.
The B-complex plays a vital role in proper functioning of the digestive organs, the heart, nervous system, and muscles. Vitamin C is required for the formation of collagen, the substance that holds the body together, because it is the chief constituent of the fibrils of the connective tissue of the skin.
None of nutrients can be fed to skin from the outside; they can only come from a diet rich in a blend of natural foods, including whole grains and raw vegetables, whose fiber content promotes good elimination. You can’t have that healthy glow of beauty or handsomeness if you are constipated. That’s what you must avoid to have beauty inside and out.

CO-Education
Co-education has been a controversial issue.
Co-education means the teaching of boys and girls under the same roof. It's
also means imparting the same education to both the sexes without any
distinction. This issue is perfectly settled so far as primary education is
concerned. At college and university stages it is passively tolerated, but at
secondary stage co-education is actively opposed.
The
opposition to co-education is based mainly on two arguments. First, it is said
that boys and girls being allowed to mix rely run every risk of going astray
and suffering the total frustration of their educational career. These
consequences are apprehended because at this period the period of adolescence
both the boys and girls remain very sentimental romantic and effusive and
inflammable. On the other hand they possess no power to resist the tide of
emotion. Secondly, it is contended that girls should received the different
type of education from the given to boys because their spheres of activities
are widely different. The education of girls under in system is bound to remain
imperfect. It would not therefore equip them to face the battle of life with
success. The advocacy for co-education is based chiefly on economic
considerations. Maintenance of separate institution for boys and girls is a
costly affair. This is particularly so in rural areas where even boy`s school
suffer for want of sufficient number of students. It is also pointed out that
the most of the village girls having crossed the primary stage find it
compelling to give up their studies for want to school.
Some
religious minded people are against co-education. They do not like to send
their daughters to such institutions where both the boys and girls taught under
the same roof. Thus their daughters are deprived of receiving education at
university level. Then against the oft-cited harm odd co-education, its various
other benefits should also measured.
It has
many advantages. First, if boys and girls taught together, there will be no
need for opening separate school and colleges for girls. Co-education is an
economical system because both boys and girls can study in the same institution
and they can be taught by the same staff. Secondly boys and girls have to live
together in the society in their later lives and if they are taught together
from the very beginning, they can
understand each other well. Thus they
will able to get rid of unhealthy sex curiosity and craze from which most of
our boys and girls living in isolation
suffer. The closer association of both would also help in creating an
atmosphere of healthy revelry and inspiring them to emulate each other`s
virtues. Again if they are taught together, it will create a sense of healthy
competition among them. Therefore they will work hard and pay serious attention
to their studies. Of course, certain conservative people criticize the system o
co-education. According to them it is against our religion and Islamic
traditions. There also fear that co-education will develop immoral relations
between boys and girls.

Sunscreen - Beauty Tips
Sun light is important for our body, as it refreshes our mind. The body produces vitamin D from sunlight, particularly from the UVB band of ultraviolet light, and too much isolation from the sun can lead to its insufficiency. Vitamin D is very important for our body. But exposure to sun light for a considerably larger period of time can be very harmful for our skin. Excessive exposure can lead to sunburn if a person does not wear sun protective clothing or use suitable sunscreen. It is a certified fact that certain Ultra Violet rays present in the sun light are a cause of skin cancer. Apart from this, early ageing of the skin is also due to contact with the sun light. It causes pre mature wrinkles on the bare and sensitive areas of the skin.
The most obvious way to save one self from direct sun light is by staying indoors during the sun light hours. But it is not at all a practical solution, as everyone has to carry on with their numerous chores. For this reason, you can apply sun screen ointments before stepping into the direct sun light. Sun screens have become widely popular and very easy to obtain and apply. Sun screens help you to protect your skin from the Ultra Violet rays of the sun.
Sunblock is a lotion, spray, gel or other contemporary product that absorbs or returns some
of the sun's ultraviolet radiation on the skin open
to sunlight and thus helps protect against sunburn and other problems. Skin lightening products also have sunscreen to shelter lightened
skin as light skin is more vulnerable to sun damage than darker skin.
Keeping in accordance with the extensive
popularity and usage of sun screen ointments, many different varieties and
brands of sun screens are becoming available in the markets on a regular basis.
A sun screen can be in many different forms and types. You can choose the one that
best suits your skin type. The best sun screens are that moisturize your skin
along with protecting it from the ultra violet rays. In addition, you should
use a different type of sun screen for your body and face.
While purchasing a sun screen
for the face, women should consider the fact that the sun screen should be such
that it does not disturb your makeup and foundation. For best results, sun
screen should be used earlier in the morning. After applying the moisturizer,
wait for about ten minutes, to let it be absorbed into the skin. After some
considerable amount of time, apply your sun screen lotion or cream.
The best way to apply any sun
screen or moisturizer is too apply it on a wet skin. Rub a considerable amount
of sun screen on the exposed areas of your skin. Not only the face, but the
other areas of your body, like the hands, neck, feet and arms, etc are equally
important. Gently massage your skin to allow the sun screen to be well
absorbed.
The
most sensitive areas of your skin specially need sun screen as they are more
susceptible to harm. Using a hat with a wide brim and anti-UV sunglasses can give
almost complete safety against ultraviolet radiation affecting the eyes.
